Dragon Ball FighterZ: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
18. Trunks
Given half a chance, the time-travelling, alternate future version of Vegeta's firstborn can be a nightmare to deal with. Full-screen overheads and an assortment of other aerial techniques make catching the fatherless half-Saiyan for a beatdown no easy task.
But keep calm. With a little self-discipline and patience, you'll soon discover that Trunks, while boasting a high damage set of flashy Supers, has terrible trouble actually infiltrating the opponent's defence to utilize their full potential.
Make a series of sloppy plays, and no doubt, you'll feel the full force of the warrior's Heat Dome finisher, but play it safe - and abuse Trunk's relative inability to perform combos well in the air - and you'll have him scarpering back to his time machine in no time.
