Dragon Ball FighterZ Season 3: 8 Top Tier Characters

Teen Gohan, much like Base Vegeta, has had a real glow-up in terms of tier-placements recently. When the game first launched, he was considered pretty trash. He had good damage but that was pretty much it. His neutral was terrible, his limbs were stubby and his assist was pretty average.

However, long before the last balance patch Teen Gohan received a very specific buff in regards to his autocombo. That alone was pretty much enough to rocket him up the tier lists.

He has a lot of other stuff going for him too. He has annoyingly tight block strings, crazy damage in limit break, relatively easy loops... but compared to his LLL, none of that matters. Spamming square is a legitimate strategy many Teen Gohan players employ, and with good reason.

Not only does this thing track your position on the screen, but it is incredibly quick and the range on it is bananas. It doesn't matter if you're half a screen away, floating miles above him or even trying to cross him up - Teen Gohan's autocombo WILL hit you, and once it does it will confirm into huge damage. Even Teen Gohan pros regularly spam this move, it's just that good.
