Dragon's Dogma Finds Progression in Two New Trailers
If you're looking for your next RPG fix, Dragon's Dogma might be right up your alley.
Mystical creatures, check. Nine different classes, check. Combat and deep RPG elements, check. If you're looking for your next RPG fix, Dragon's Dogma might be right up your alley. Dragon's Dogma at first glance doesn't feel like it's an impressive feat. However, Dragon's Dogma is aiming to live within it's own boundaries, not truly seeking to compete with the huge big name RPG titles. Yet there's something about the game that speaks of a cult following developing off the unique combat experiences set to appear. Fighting gigantic Hydras, Dragons, Cyclops, and Sirens, should make for some very interesting enemy encounters. The latest trailers highlights the uses that Pawn's will play for you in the game world. Acting as a companion that will adventure along side you. Performing actions such as simply using them as Pawns, or being more involved and holding enemies for you calling out to, "Finish them!" It's interesting to note that the game will allow you to access a hub known as the Rift that will let you purchase new Pawns from other adventurers. Pawn's appear to be a solid addition to the gameplay, but I'm most curious to see just how much Dragon's Dogma sets itself apart from the competition.
