Imagine the scene. We're being treated to footage of the recently announced the Last of Us: Remastered for PS4 when, suddenly, a new trailer flashes up. It's the sequel we've been waiting for, the follow-up to Naughty Dog's absolutely fantastic post-apocalyptic survival tale. For those who've never owned a PS3, the original The Last of Us is worth the price of admission. A fantastic tale of character development, loss and one of the most believable gaming worlds ever created, a sequel seems to be more than likely. Naughty Dog have went on record stating they don't know what's happening with the future of the franchise, but this could easily be a red herring designed to drum up anticipation. The only thing that'll hinder the reveal of this one is the focus on Uncharted 4; will it be likely that developers Naughty Dog will show two games at the same event? Logic would state that they'd wait a while before releasing the games around a year apart. Still, we can always hope, can't we?
