6. Bethesda's New IP Starfield Pulls A No-Show

If there was one unannounced game that seemed like a dead certain to show up during E3, it was without question Bethesda's Starfield, an apparently sci-fi themed open-world game that sounded like it was going to bring the house down.

But then, Bethesda decided to instead devote their entire conference exclusively to 2017 releases, so Starfield was presumably pushed to next year's E3, leaving salivating fans incredibly disappointed.

Bethesda hasn't yet responded to the fan outrage, but then again, they may not want to acknowledge the game's existence until they're ready to officially unveil it.
