E3 2018: 10 Best Things At Microsoft's Conference

7. Devil May Cry V

Halo Infinite
Capcom

Devil May Cry V was one of the biggest and best surprises at this year's E3, and Microsoft got the pleasure of revealing it.

Although a domain registering and yearly rumours might have slightly dampened the surprise a little bit, it was still such a great moment when Nero and new character NIco come roaring into view. The typical Devil May Cry style comes into full force throughout the whole trailer and it's genuinely exciting to see it return.

The new Devil May Cry certainly looks like a departure from the rest of the series, with a much more realistic looking art style. The gameplay mostly remains the same though, with Nero's new prosthetic arm acting in a similar way to his Devil Bringer.

One of the more interesting aspects of Devil May Cry V is the fact that it seems to take place a fair bit into the future. Will it take place after the second game, or is that game still the last in the timeline?

There's still a lot to find out about Devil May Cry V, but the fact it even exists is massive.
