E3 2018: 15 Announcements You Probably Missed
4. Star Wars-Themed Rhythm Game Beat Saber Is Heading To PSVR
Hyperbolic Magnetism's hypnotic lightsaber VR rhythm game Beat Saber was released on PC VR platforms last month in early access, though PSVR owners were left a little dismayed about the lack of an announcement for Sony's own hardware.
This was thankfully rectified during Sony's pre-E3 daily announcements, where they dropped a reveal trailer for the PSVR version of the game.
Players will use the Move controllers as lightsabers while cutting coloured cubes in designated directions to the beat of pulsing electronica. It's apparently a total blast on PC, and the trailer suggests the PSVR version is shaping up nicely too.
No release date yet, but if this thing isn't out by the end of the year it'd be pretty shocking.
