2. Fox McCloud Will Appear In Toys-To-Life Game Starlink: Battle For Atlas

Starlink: Battle for Atlas was first revealed at Ubisoft's E3 conference last year, and honestly just seemed like another bland toys-to-life game that'd be abandoned by retailers within a year and quietly forgotten about.

However, in a rather genius move, Ubisoft has partnered with Nintendo to include Star Fox's Fox McCloud as a playable character in the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

That's not all: there will be Switch-exclusive “Star Wolf” missions, and the Switch version of the game's starter pack will also include a nifty Arwing toy.

Regardless of the game's eventual quality, this will give it a huge visibility boost and potentially rescue it from just being dismissed as yet another game that requires plastic clutter to play.

Ubisoft also finally confirmed that the game will release on October 16.
