E3 2021: 20 Huge Video Game Announcements You Need To Know
15. The Next Borderlands Game Is Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
At Summer Games Fest, it was confirmed that the next game in the Borderlands franchise will be a spin-off centered around one of its most beloved characters, Tiny Tina.
Beyond confirming that Ashly Burch will return to voice Tina herself in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, it was revealed that the cast will be bolstered by the likes of Andy Samberg, Wanda Sykes, and Will Arnett, voicing Captain Valentine, robot Frette, and the evil Dragon Lord respectively.
The game will be an entirely standalone adventure with a full-fat campaign supporting up to four co-op players with "repeatable end-game content."
While the trailer didn't give too much away, it's clearly going to collide the high-octane world of Borderlands with a fresh new fantasy element.
For Borderlands fans craving something a little different, this might be just the ticket.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S in early 2022.
