3. Metal Gear Solid Remake Is PS5 Exclusive

Sony might be sitting this year's show out, but Konami are not.

With them in attendance - and SCORES of leaks surrounding a Metal Gear Solid remake - it's high-time we got eyes on what the hell Bluepoint have been working on.

That is of course, if the Bluepoint portion of these leaks is even correct. Most recently we had Solid and Naked Snake voice actor David Hayter note that an "insider friend" told him the remake was underway, and at the close of 2020, a podcast by Moore's Law is Dead also confirmed an MGS remake by Bluepoint was coming.

Hopefully there's some semblance of truth to these various stories, as Metal Gear remains one of the only major games of the late 90s yet to receive the remake treatment, that would clearly benefit from some expanded visuals and a touch-up to its core mechanics and control scheme.

The voice acting though... must remain the same.
