EA Confirms STAR WARS: THE OLD REPUBLIC Pre-Orders
There will be three pre-order versions available - The Collector's Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition and the bog-Standard edition.
EA has now confirmed the pre-order options for Star Wars: The Old Republic. There are three pre-order versions available, The Collectors Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, and Standard Edition. Standard is the game with the first month's game time. The Digital Deluxe Edition comes with first months game time and five in game items. The Collectors Edition comes with every thing that is included in the Digital Deluxe Edition but also comes with Darth Malgus Statue, a book, a map of the galaxy, security key, and soundtrack. The prices range from $59.99 US for Standard Edition, $79.99 US for the Digital Deluxe Edition, and a measly $149.99 for the Collectors Edition! It should also be noted that unfortunately EA is making digital pre-orders only available through Origin, EA's digital distribution service. However, the good news is with the release of this pre-order information we may be getting closer to a release date finally. Update: If you are interested in the Collectors Edition you might want to move fast, EA has already sold out of the Collectors Edition on their Origin website and it is the number one video game selling item on Amazon.com.
