The Bloodhound's Fang Curved Greatsword is a brutal melee weapon which creates distance from foes. The blade's unique weapon skill, Boodhound's Finesse involves the player summersaulting backwards whilst attacking enemies with a skyward slash.

This punishing super-weapon ensures strong damage dealing along with great crowd-control. Bloodhound's Finesse can also be followed up with a hard-hitting attack, creating an almost teleportation-like strike. Further buffing the blade with magic grease is a one way ticket to a weapon that hits like a train.

The sword is dropped by the Bloodhound Knight Darriwil, found in Limgrave. At the southernmost tip of Limgrave players can find Forlorn Hound Evergaol, just before the entrance to the Weeping Penninsula. Although this fight is entirely optional, defeating the Bloodhound Knight Darriwil is also part of the Blaidd questline.

The Knight is extremely nimble and its also worth considering that players cannot use summons for this battle. Keeping distance is a must for this fight as Darriwil hits hard and fast.

It might also be worth convincing a friend to part with their blade. Dual wielding will lead to a broken Bloodhound's Fang build - Double the swords, double the fun!
