Anyway, these numbers attached to Runes are more indicative of their "level", rather than amount, and where a "[1]" Golden Rune will give 200 Runes when used, a "Golden Rune [13]" can go all the way up to 10,000.

Regardless, if you want to see these amounts just visit a Merchant. The amount Golden Runes sell for is how many they house, and while that means you can sell for the exact amount in the moment, it's worth taking stock of how many "surplus" Runes you're carrying at any given time, if you want to hold on and level up in between vendors instead.
