Testament to the power of franchises over starting something anew, Arkane Studios - of Dishonored fame - have inherited the Prey license, yet one decade later, rather than continue where Human Head Studios left off, they're rebooting and reinvigorating the 'franchise' all over again.

We're yet to see a whole lot of 2017's Prey in action (hence its low placement on this list), but gameplay so far as revolved around blasting monsters that only appear as fractures in your eyesight, alongside being able to transform into something as small as a coffee cup to solve puzzles. As you do.

Arkane's pedigree speaks for itself, and this is definitely one to watch.
