Despite superior tech and an amazing cast, Beyond was a step backwards for Quantic Dream after their sleeper hit Heavy Rain.

The plot was an erratic mess, the 'choices' fairly inconsequential and the gameplay felt like an afterthought. Ellen Page is strong in the lead role though, and Willem Dafoe as her fatherly mentor figure is uniformly incredible.

Anyhow, after a long-time Sony exclusive clause, this title is coming to PC via the Epic Games Store. There's a handful of decent moments for those curious but be prepared for plenty of frustrating and boring ones too.
