70. Jimmy Uso

Last Year's Rating: 83

It's a shame we couldn't get the Usos' new Shield-like look as the default, but they're probably pretty lucky to get an upgrade from last year's game. And impressively, they're only outshone in current tag team terms by the New Day, which is something they can boast about.

69. Jey Uso

No surprise that the second Uso would rank the same. For all intents and purposes, they are one.

68. The Miz

Rating: 85

Last Year's Rating: 84

Having done some good promo work with Daniel Bryan and put on some good matches, it's nice to see The Miz's work rewarded with a bump up, even if he's not the most popular of figures. He's where he belongs on this roster though.

67. Dude Love

Mick Foley's first of three gimmicks (it was inevitable since 2K had the character models available) gets a surprising bump from last year to bring him onto the 85 upper tier midcard platform. He's in the right company.

66. Dolph Ziggler

Rating: 85

Last Year's Rating: 86

The artist formerly known as Mr Overlooked Midcard (let's see how long his current push actually lasts) gets a cheap-shot downgrade after being booked horribly for the past year (no surprise). The sad thing is it's hard to argue that he didn't deserve more, but maybe the tides are now turning?
