2. You Don't Have To Be A Hero
Likely to no one's surprise, the morality system will be returning in some capacity according to the leak from last year. It seems that Fable 4 will take this mechanic further than it's ever been before, providing the most freedom seen in any Fable games in regards to role playing your character. You can even take this as far as to ignore the main quest and reject your calling to be a hero.
It will be interesting to see how ignoring the main quest could end up influencing your play through. Does this mean you can only explore and do side quests if you ignore the main quest, or will there be other quest chains that will provide alternative ways to level your character and gain the full experience of the game?
It sounds like a step in the right direction though, allowing for a more immersive experience that could lead to some great replay value. Fable has always been applauded for allowing players to be good or evil, so it would probably be a back track to remove that player choice.
