2. Bittercup (Fallout 3)
Bittercup might be fresh-faced and look innocent, but she's one of the more outspoken, irreverent characters you'll meet during Fallout 3, concerned with her appearance more than protecting Big Town from attackers. Amusingly, it is heavily implied that Bittercup is something of a town floozy, having hooked up with most of the eligible bachelors, though none of these liaisons have resulted in a fruitful relationship. The player is able to become her next conquest, the result of which will be Bittercup presenting you with a new object salvaged from the Wasteland once a day. Though hardly a major character, she's still totally unforgettable, and it'd be hilarious to see her still hitting on anything that moves in F4.
