Fallout 4: 10 Crucial Things Fans Still Need To See At E3

1. What Our Lone Wanderer Really Sounds Like

If there's two things fans are losing themselves over, it's the graphics and the fact that our hero now talks - imagine that, a talking video game character. It definitely destroyed Mass Effect's impact didn't it... Anyway, sarcasm aside, something people seem to have overlooked is that if there's a male voice option then there must be a female one too - unless Bethesda are ditching multiple gender roles in favour of doubling down on the amount of lines recorded. It's very possible they could pull a Saints Row and have multiple voices for each anyway - leaving the option for a mute protagonist in regardless, providing no key scenes actively require spoken dialogue. At the end of the day "Let's go pal" isn't enough to qualify the concept of a talking Fallout hero - although it sure does sound like the excellent Troy Baker; a fantastic choice to lead the whole thing if true. Are you already sold on Fallout 4, or are there specific things you're waiting on before plumping down some cash on a pre-order? Let us know in the comments!
