6. Colonization

Perhaps this will never happen, or maybe it could happen in Fallout 5, but Bethesda has done it before and while we know so little about the well-hidden Fallout 4, we can still hope for this. Imagine being able to secure a town, city block, or apartment that you protect and open as a safe haven for settlers who have payed to live within the security of your compound. But as you move through the game and anger other factions, they begin to raid and attack with greater and greater ferocity, retaliating against your attacks against them.
