Fallout 4: 10 Rumours You Should Actually Believe

7. Co-Op

Fallout 4 B At the end of May, the moderators of Bethesda's official Fallout forum made an official thread for fans to offer suggestions as to what the next Fallout game could include, and interestingly, they also said, "if you want to discuss major issues, use a separate topic - such as the discussion about adding multi-player or co-op play." Assuming that the forum's mods are in contact with Bethesda's devs, it's a very interesting comment to make, ensuring that Bethesda are aware of the demand and market for a Fallout game that went the co-op route. I mean, who could resist trudging out into the post-apocalyptic wilderness with one of their buddies? If there was a "drop in, drop out" system, where players could team up with anyone on their friends list, or say, any compatible player via matchmaking, this could be a thrilling way to take the Fallout brand to the next level. Imagine if the game supported four player co-op? Wow we're really talking. Given the capabilities of next-gen tech, it is very possible, and actually quite likely given how many people have asked for it over the years.
