3. Higher Difficulty
This is another major problem. In New Vegas, all you had to do to survive on Very Hard is not rush immediately into battle, then just use VATS to eliminate everybody. The enemies should be smarter with the new systems that the game will be based around, and not just funnel at you until you're dead. Now, not only should the enemies be tougher, they should also be hardier. I was still using my 9mm pistol well into the game, when in other games you have to consistently upgrade your weapon to keep up with the enemies. The enemies in Fallout 4 should be things that laugh at damage, not get instantly decapitated with a 9mm in the middle of New Vegas.
