Fallout 4: 10 Things It Will Do Better Than Everyone Else

"Welcome to Boston. You'll never leave."

2015 is shaping up to the year of the RPG. With potential Game of the Year The Witcher 3 set to be released on the 19th May (assuming that date won't change, again), Pillars Of Eternity coming in March And Torment: Tides Of Numenera also seeing the light of day sometime in the latter half of 2015, there's never been a better time to be a fan of the genre, or games in general for that matter. And of course there's also the small matter of Fallout 4. This fourth iteration in the series is going to have a lot of competition, not to mention all the hype and expectation it has to live up to. The game's developers (some rumours suggest it may not even be Bethesda) will no doubt know this, and they'll make sure Fallout 4 outshines the other big titles getting released in 2015. The Fallout games are renowned for a lot of things: the VATS system, the great dialogue, the brilliant realisation of post-apocalyptic cityscapes and the humanity within - but when part four is compared to other soon-to-be-released games, what elements will set it above the rest? In other words, what features will make Fallout 4 remembered as the best entry in the series, and the game that shows everyone else how it's done?
