(Link to Download) Fallout 4 can be a pretty beautiful game... at times. While the graphics arent anything to write home about, the world itself is so rich with detail that it more than makes up for the substandard quality of its presentation. With that said, its fair to say that a lot of the environmental effects in the game do fall a little flat, most notably the rain which looks like an undistinguishable vapour with no real weight to it. This is a big problem for those of us who appreciate immersion, but luckily the mod FO4 Rain helps combat the problem by retexturing and enlarging the raindrops to be more visible on screen. The mod also changes the way in which the raindrops interact with the ground, adding small impact splashes that help make the weather feel like a more integral part of the game world.
