11. Lorenzo's Artifact Gun
Where you find it: Getting your grubby mitts on Lorenzo's Artifact Gun requires the completion of The Secret Of Cabot House side quest. Head to the northern tip of Boston City's main island to find Cabot House - a building that's strangely untouched by the Great War. Complete several prerequisite missions for Jack Cabot until he asks you to help him kill his father - a lunatic who's been possessed by a weird helmet and being kept under lock and key in the basement of an insane asylum. If you side with Jack at the culmination of the quest, he'll give you the gun. Why you need it: Unlike the normal Gamma Guns that Lorenzo's Artifact is based on, this heavily modified variant emits telekinetic blasts as opposed to radioactive ones, making it an effective tool for stunning close combat enemies.
