Here's an iconic glitch that has appeared so pervasively in the 3D Fallout games that it's been nicknamed "meatspin" (though for your own sake, don't Google that word without "Fallout" included in the same sentence). Naturally, it's back for FO4, a half-horrifying, half-hilarious bug which makes various characters begin spinning around on the spot in the environment, or sometimes just one part of their body, whether dead or alive. As a poster on Reddit suggested, perhaps Bethesda just leave stuff like this in because a) it's funny as hell and b) it gets the Internet flooded with more GIFs, which is fantastic publicity for the game (especially considering the general consensus that FO4 overcomes its bugginess).
