Fallout 4: 5 Things That Will Happen (And 5 That Should)
2. Revolutionary Graphics Engine
When Fallout hit shelves back in 2008 it caught the attention of those new to the series because of its truly exquisite graphics. The game was literally leagues apart from the other new releases at the time in the graphics department. Obviously six years have passed since that time and as you would expect we have seen some huge graphical leaps during the interim. Skyrim was obviously a gorgeous game, but we are now in the next-generation of gaming and need an all-new graphics engine to bring post-apocalyptic Boston to life. If a suitably advanced graphics engine were combined with the evidently well-developed design skills of the Fallout team utilising their slightly incongruous combination of future technology with retro-1950s American culture, we could see one of the most stunningly beautiful games of all time.
