Bethesda could have gone full Dead Island and basically teased a game experience that just doesn't exist, or they could have followed the despicably Next Gen trend of just openly lying about the visual capabilities of the game, before releasing something that looks entirely different. That they didn't try and deceive should be an immediate point to their credit.
