Fallout 5 Wishlist: 10 Things Fans Need To See

1. An International Perspective

Fallout is an American series through-and-through. Riffing on mid-20th Century post-war hysteria, the franchise has always revelled in 1950s Americana in a way that has allowed it to etch out a distinctive and memorable aesthetic.

But with decades spent exploring the American wastes, it would be interesting to see what the rest of this post-apocalyptic world looks like. While leaving the country for a whole game probably wouldn't be the smartest move, a DLC centred around exploring a different culture or even just more information or characters in-game that represent an international perspective could do wonders to flesh out the Fallout universe.

One of the most memorable moments in Fallout 4 was discovering the centuries-old Japanese submarine that was stranded during the war, and more quests focused around other post-apocalyptic cultures would provide fans with a new perspective on a world they otherwise know inside and out.
