Fallout 76: 9 New Features We Can't Wait To Try

6. Customisable Power Armour

Power armour returns for Fallout 76, but that's where all official info regarding the series' iconic suits of pre-war military tech go quiet. Besides the shop window display of different models (Enclave, T-51, T-60) shown during the game's E3 showcase, we're left to speculate over how each suit will function, if separate models will have their own unique benefits and how much customization, if any, they'll allow.

Improved textures and lighting it may boast over its predecessor, but Fallout 76 will run on the same engine as Fallout 4, so it's likely that they'll function similarly as before, only with new variants and a more varied palette of colours with which to decorate them.

In the weeks and months to come, Bethesda will shed more light on their functionality. Let's just hope expanded aesthetic choices isn't the only major change being made to the inch-thick suits of tank armour.
