27. Vault 114 - Testing Rich People In Impoverished Conditions
Vault 114 is another unfinished Vault which is present in Fallout 4.
While it's never specifically confirmed in the game whether its true or not, it's widely believed that the Vault was never actually inhabited as it was unfinished by the time the bombs dropped.
You can still, however, find out what the Vault's intended purpose was. In this case, the Vault was designed to house rich and affluent citizens, with the promise of extreme levels of luxury underground.
In reality, this was a complete lie and the Vault was nothing like what was promised, and Vault-Tec presumably wanted to study what the residents would do when they were stripped of all of the luxuries they had before the war.
