In between the various vehicles and contraptions seen in Far Cry 2 and 3, you might think that Ubisoft's series has just about expended the possible ways of navigating across the open world. This isn't so, as seen with the new grappling hook mechanic introduced in Far Cry 4. The ability to grapple around at great heights is perfectly suited to the Himalayan setting, and it's good to see that Ubisoft aren't content with just sticking to what they already know. The grappling hook lets players cross vast chasms, and allows for a new level of vertical gameplay. At times, navigating cliffs could be a bit of an annoyance in previous games, but you'll be swinging around in Far Cry 4 with no problems.
