4. Big Boss?
Perhaps a bit more tenuous in terms of whether it's an Easter egg or just a crazy coincidence, but doesn't the gentleman in the above picture look extremely familiar to you? This is Karoosh, Wenja Warrior and, I believe, a distant ancestor of Solid, Naked, and the rest of the Boss/Snake family from Metal Gear Solid. From the beard, to the bandana, to a missing eye much like Big Boss, Karoosh is a spitting image of the king of espionage. Even the framing of the above publicity shot - with the fire burning in the background - recalls that famous shot from Phantom Pain of Big Boss screaming with the fire raging behind him. It's not out of the question that this is intentional, as Ubisoft have been known in previous Far Cry games to reference games from outside their own catalogue, including Bioshock in Far Cry 3 and Skyrim in Far Cry 4 (yes, it does involve an arrow to the knee).
