Seeking a ransom for his kidnapped travellers, Vaas reveals he'll still sell them as slaves even when he receives the payment, that's shortly before he slits Grant Brody's throat, so it's obvious from the start Vaas isn't one to be messed with (Apparently Jason didn't get the memo...). Whether through his famous lines on the definition of insanity or his terrifying introductory dialogue we witness from inside one of his cages, the mohawk-sporting maniac is as villainous as they come.
