FIFA 15: 12 Leaked Ratings That Are Already Wrong

2. Daniel Sturridge, 84

Daniel Sturridge enjoyed a terrific season in 2013-14 but is still considered marginally better than Didier Drogba, two points worse off than Diego Costa and lags well behind van Persie - a player who was largely injured last season - according to EA's estimations. And that's simply ridiculous. Sturridge was the Premier League's second-highest goal-scorer last term with 21 goals in 29 appearances, falling just behind former teammate Luis Suarez, and was named in the PFA Team of the Year for 2014. His run of form took in four goals in three games after netting a brace against Notts County in the League Cup last August while he became the first Liverpool player in the Premier League era to score in seven consecutive league games when he found the net against Fulham back in February. How EA arrived at the conclusion to assign him a lowly rating of 84 quite frankly leaves us befuddled and, to take a leaf out of Wayne Rooney's book, angry and confused. Sturridge should be among the big-hitters in FIFA 15 with a score to match his performances and a rating of 86 really wouldn't look out of place considering the England man's recent form.
