FIFA 15: 9 International Teams That Need To Be Added
5. Japan
Japan stormed into the World Cup on the back of a hot winning streak, but in an surprising turn of events, they managed just one point and two goals throughout the group stage as they crashed out along with their entourage of hyped but overly polite fans. Despite the colossal disappointment this summer, there is no doubt this Japan side is littered with flair. Key players such as Shinji Kagawa and Keisuke Honda are undoubtedly two of the fan favourites in the world of FIFA, Honda for a free kick anyone? 45th in the world rankings may be heavily unflattering, but what Japan may find slightly more insulting is that 12 of the 47 international squads in FIFA 14 are ranked lower than the Asian stars, so it seems as if form has little to no significance when FIFA choose national teams, and hopefully Japan can be fortunate enough to slip back into the frame.
