The Virtual Pro option on FIFA is vastly important for Pro Clubs and Be A Pro Career, however in recent years it was scrapped from the standard career mode and you needed to have two. One for online, one for offline. I'm not a fan of this as it creates division. Those that can have time to spare can get their pro up just as easy online but the rest of us, who live in the outside world, will struggle after a few months as their pros are not capable of playing against the midget afro speedsters that always get thrown up. A way to improve this is for the system to go back to how it used to be, with one virtual pro for everything. It won't counter the problems of those annoying players we all face up against but it will at least give us the chance to give them a run for their money, rather than dedicated even more game hours on our average pros. I understand this was changed due to boosting but this hasn't erased that problem and unfortunately there is no way to stop that from happening. A way to improve clubs all together would be to connect to teams with similar ability as well as in your division, rather than pairing your new pro with 92 overall afro stars.
