FIFA 16: 6 Pointless Things Included In The Game

1. Vanishing Spray

Okay, I€™ll admit when I first heard about the inclusion of the vanishing spray in FIFA 16 I did initially think that it would be a cool new addition to the game. However let€™s face it, after the first two or three times we see it it€™s quickly going to become yet another cut-scene that we just skip every time. FIFA has a habit of adding in all these extra unnecessary cut-scenes, such as the goal-line technology cut-scenes that appeared in last year€™s edition, under the assumption that they make each match feel more like a realistic TV presentation. The problem is though that FIFA is a game, not a TV presentation. As such one of the advantages it has over a TV presentation is that we shouldn€™t have to sit through all these time consuming things such as watching substitutions being made and watching the referee spray the vanishing spray. Whilst I fully understand why the makers have had to include these features for the sake of the presentation of the game there needs to be an option to turn off these cut-scenes for players who just want to keep the action going uninterrupted throughout the match.
