8. Dani Alves - 84
Like Alba, Dani Alves has also been issued with an overall boost for FIFA 16. His bump up is a little more modest though (from 83 to 84), but after he excelled last season and won a treble with Barcelona, it's warranted.
There were suggestions that Alves had seen his best days pass him by, but after deciding to sign a new contract and stay in Catalunya there will be plenty more expeditions down the right flank to come yet.
He's always a popular - and expensive - player on Ultimate Team to start with, and that trend will likely continue.
