23. Kenedy - 62
Brazilian forward Kenedy arrived at Chelsea in the summer - and as something of an unknown quantity.
He's been given a FIFA card this year and comes in at a lowly 62 rating, and in all honesty it's a little difficult to pass judgement. It remains to be seen just how much of a part he'll play in the Chelsea first team this season; after he surprisingly avoided being shipped out on loan to one of Chelsea's 20,000 feeder clubs.
If I were a betting man - which I am - I'd bet that Vitesse beckons at some point for this lad.
