No Touch Dribbling is an easy skill to produce. It's as simple as holding down LB/L1 and letting the ball trickle away for a few seconds and while it feels good to use, it'll take time to master it to gain a genuine advantage. It was used a couple of times to great effect when it came to slowing down the ball and once for shimmying past a rushing, committed defender, but most usage of No Touch Dribbling was fairly unnecessary purely to look pretty. It'll take some mastering to know when it can be best deployed, so until then, take advantage of newbies giving it a try for the first time.
