9. Let The Ball Roll To Shoot

No Touch Dribbling was heavily pushed by EA this year, and it takes up pride of place in the L1/LB position on your PS4/XboxOne controller. Holding down the button will allow the ball to trickle away from your feet in order to fool defenders. But while you've probably already tried (and failed) to use the feature to great effect, there's another way you can harness it. If you find a little bit of space on the edge of the box, try holding the button long enough to let the ball roll ahead of you. This will slow your movement down, allow the player to gain some composure, then click to shoot. The player will be more steady, more ready, and more deadly from just outside the area.
