Zarate was one of the few West Ham players who were actually overrated in last seasons game. The Argentinian had great ratings for speed, agility, dribbling and finishing, making him a deadly player on FIFA 15, a far cry from his real life 2014/15 season split between West Ham and QPR after falling out with pretty much every manager he played under. He's been given a clean slate under Slaven Bilic and with the Europa League commitments Zarate may feature a little more, he's still way behind the other striking options West Ham have available, apart from maybe Elliot Lee. A 73 rating would be much more realistic after what Zarate had shown last season.
