8. Karim Benzema - Real Madrid
Recent scandals aside, Real's Karim Benzema is about as verstaile a forward as you could hope for. He's relatively big and strong (standing 6'2"), a very clinical finisher, a tricky dribbler, and no slouch when it comes to outpacing a centre back. He's also a good passer of the ball, which sounds like a strange quality to emphasise for a striker - but not when he's sharing a pitch with goal-hungry wide forwards such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
The French international has made over 220 league appearances for Real Madrid, demonstrating both his quality and consistency. Incarnations of Benzema in previous FIFA games have always painted the striker in a fittingly favourable light, and this year's is no exception. He's rated a very handy 87 overall.
