4. Paul Scholes - Legend

There's a bit of personal bias here, admittedly, because I think Paul Scholes is absurdly good. The Manchester United legend would find his way onto many people's all-time Premier League team, and with good reason.
His 89 rating may not seem too shabby at all, but I believe Scholes should be regarded as a player in the 90s. He enjoyed one of the greatest careers we're ever likely to see from an English midfielder, and was an invaluable part of the most dominant team in Premier League history for almost two decades.
