"Survive" will be your only thought during your first few seasons as Burnley manager. Another club without a whole lot of young talent coming through, it'll require a big effort to turn the club around.
Clever purchases and investment in the youth academy will be key, as will identifying a play style that fits the current squad. Honestly, the current squad lacks pace and strength, and there's not a whole lot of technical prowess either. If you manage to make it to Europe, then you'll have earned every bit of it.
If you're looking for a club stacked with high potential players then look elsewhere. Burnley only have 2 players in their current squad under the age of 25 with a potential of 80 or higher. One of them is Liverpool loanee, John Flanagan, so essentially you're down to one.
That one man is centre-back Michael Keane who does have a pretty good mix of pace and strength, so there's no reason he can't grow into a club leader, potentially even a club legend. One thing's for sure, if you manage to win the Champions League, you'll go down as a club legend.
