FIFA 18: 10 Players With The Most Potential For Growth

2. Vincent Thill (FC Metz)

If we told you a skinny 17-year old from Luxembourg had the potential to become one of FIFA 18's best attacking midfielders, you'd be forgiven for belly laughing. FC Metz player Vincent Thill does though, and his emerging talent soon dwarves that 63 rating he starts out with in the game.

Pick any mid-table side from one of Europe's top leagues and buy Thill immediately. He's not one for a starting jersey from the off, but he will grow into the job in a few short seasons. Thinking of the future is part and parcel of football management, even in FIFA, so it'd be a smart move to snap up the Metz teenager before anyone else does. We're looking at you, PSG.

Eventually, Thill can see his rating skyrocket into the mid-80s. 85 is the highest potential rating he can grow to, and that's none too shabby when considering his humble beginnings in the Luxembourg National Division with clubs like CS Fola Esch and Progrès Niederkorn.

22 points growth is not to be sniffed at.
