Lastly, we come to FIFA 19's little-changed Career Mode.

In previous games, the in-hub Training suite was a pain in the you-know-whats. It didn't seem much fun to actually play the drills, and that five-second countdown when simming them felt like five hours at times. In 19, it's been streamlined. The needless delay has been removed, and that makes the 'Simulate All' option less tedious.

According to EA's world of football, players develop with alarming quickness. The key thing here is challenging your team by putting them in drills better than they are. After a while, they'll acclimatise and their overall ratings will shoot higher than you could have imagined.

Young players develop the best in FIFA 19 (which is logical), and it's a great idea to train unwanted squad members you plan on selling for a month or two before the transfer window opens. Even one extra point added to their overall can add a few million onto the price tag.
