Less of a household name than a lot of players on this list, Kim In Seong has had a fair uplift since last year's game, with a jump from 68 overall. Somehow, he's also leapt up 4 pace points, which is the difference between fast and VERY fast.
That might be down to his impressive stats in the Chinese league, which have seen him hit more goals this year than he ever has and while he's 30, it's nice to see someone at that sort of age making a surprise break into the top 20 here.
