Watford midfielder Sarr is actually more of a number 10 than he is a wide man. The Hertfordshire side used his searing pace to great effect last season - he was great at picking up the ball deep and running at tired defences. Don't forget he also notched two goals against Liverpool during a 3-0 win for The Hornets in February.

At 22, he's ripe for a move to a bigger side (no offence, Elton John). Much like almost everyone on this list, he'll be expensive to buy, and Watford will likely want a hefty sell-on clause or some other add-ons that make the sale worth their while.
